ICOMATEX S.A. wants to take the opportunity to inform you that in 2019 moved to its new facilities in the new factory placed on VILADECAVALLS near BARCELONA with more than 10,000 m2 of production area. As a result of the increase in demand with its new stenter model IC10 Run +, ICOMATEX is in an expansion process and is carrying out the implementation of a Lean Manufacturing System.

The ICOMATEX’s Stenter machines offer you a wide range of possibilities to allow you to process the fabric in the most appropriate way for your needs. Completely built in Europe, they present the vanguard of current technology.

The Stenter comes in two versions, the IC-10 Stenter for knitted fabrics and the IC-8 for Woven fabrics.The high efficiency drying and heat setting chambers are 3 meters long.

In each chamber two fans controlled by independent frequency inverters are installed to be able to adjust the amount of air in each type of fabric or process.

With the ICPROD “Production Management System”, our customers can control the entire machine from two touch screens, the first on the operator’s platform and the second at the end of the machine.

The Icomatex STENTERS are offered with different heating systems of your choice.: Gas, Thermal oil, Steam, Electricity or combining Steam + electricity or with our DUAL HEAT system . This system allows working with gas or with Thermal oil depending on the customer.

We include in our machine the «IC-Remote» system, you will be able to access the on-line assistance that we offer directly from our facilities with programmers and technicians who are part of ICOMATEX company.
