Since 1948 we have been providing flexible and reliable solutions for warp preparation. Our machines are preferred by the technicians of our customers that are working on them everyday and can appreciate the easiness of use and the reliability.

Creel

We produce in Italy all our type of creels for the most common applications in spun yarns and filament yarns. The portfolio includes the following creels:

Beaming

Our direct warpers and beaming machines are designed and manufactured to guarantee uniform yarn tensile forces and high efficiency during the final process of weaving.

Sizing

Sizing boxes and squeezing rolls are in stainless steel for long lasting performance and reduced maintenance costs. The special design of our machines guarantee extreme flexibility and perfect sizing with wide range of yarn qualities and sizing chemicals.

Assembling

Assembling for spun, filament, glass fiber yarns.

With this machines customer can assemble different warper beams to reach the total number of ends requested on the weaver’s beams. Our special braking system on the beam creel combined with the beaming machine guarantee the optimum tensile force during the process. We offer also movable beam creels and loading and unloading cranes.

Indigo Dyeing

Flexible and efficient solutions for denim.

Our dyeing and sizing machines are a very flexible and efficient solution for the production of uniformly dyed and sized warps for denim. The special configuration of the line guarantee the best results also with different colors and the easiness of use and of implementation in different environments.

Drying / Cooling

We are leader in the production of drying and cooling cylinders.

We design and manufacture drying tower for woven fabric, nonwoven, warp and cooling towers for fabric, plastic sheet, rubber according to customer’s request. Main heating systems are steam, oil, pressure water.

Coating

An innovative in-line solution for technical textile.

We developed an exclusive solution for our worldwide customers in technical textile. This machine is designed to provide in-line coating of different type of fabric produced by a weaving loom. The coating is for giving stability or special features to the fabric and thanks to its configuration the machine can allow also small production runs for sampling and testing. Space required for installation of the equipment is very limited.

The company started the business with industrial Textile machineries and fast-moving spare parts for supplying to the export-oriented Textile Industries.
