Turbang L2T represents a significant advance in the textile finishing industry, the result of decades of experience and research in the field of finishing process systems. Our main objective has been to improve performance and energy efficiency. We have managed to increase performance by up to 35% more than our previous model, TURBANG TSE PLUS L, with no increase in power and energy consumption.
One of the highlights of the Turbang L2T is its ability to be set to relax dryer mode, so it can process extremely delicate fabrics. This ensures that even the most sensitive fabrics can be treated delicately, without compromising the quality and efficiency of the finish.

The TURBANG TSE PLUS Continuous Tumbler Dryer offers dry processing with the “Continuous Tumbler Dryer” system, so high quality finishes can be obtained on a wide range of fabrics. From artificial leather to towels, upholstery, cotton, cotton and polyester blends, linen, wool and nylon, among others, our TURBANG TSE PLUS continuous dryer guarantees unique, delicate results, all in a smaller space.
Specialized for knitted fabrics
We offer a version that has a special outlet for knit fabrics, known as the K Outlet. This process involves transporting the fabric on a moving frame that eliminates any type of stretching and permits mechanical shrinkage in the knit fabrics during the production process.

The TURBANG TW continuous washing system is specifically designed to reduce consumption in the textile industry during the washing of textile webs. This system focuses primarily on reducing the use of chemicals and softeners. Thanks to our proprietary patented technology, we have developed a highly efficient system for optimal reuse of resources, even reducing water consumption in the washing process by up to 50%.
The TURBANG TW meets TURBANG quality standards, and is a modular machine that can be adapted and expanded according to production needs. With this solution, we ensure that each fabric is unique and meets the desired quality and finish requirements. Once the fabric has been processed by the TURBANG TW, it can be finished with our innovative TURBANG L2T machine.

Specialized for knitted fabrics
The world production of this type of fabric is very high, with a wide diversity of structures used, mainly for clothing.
For the washing process, we have the TURBANG TW washing machine, which is especially adapted to knit fabrics that need to be processed without any tension. In practice, this is accomplished with a tumbling effect, in which the fabric is continuously moved width-wise by the flow of water, with very low water consumption of around 2.5 to 3 litres per kilogram of washed material.
